Background
This project is a product of the partnership between the Africa Canada Accountability Coalition [ACAC] and the Liu Institute for Global Issues at the University of British Columbia.
With a focus on sexual and gender-based violence, particularly mass rape, in the eastern DRC, the NO MORE RAPE campaign is ACAC's academic project, focused on gender security. The project is also an experiment in combining sound academic research with determined advocacy and activism.

Is an assistant professor at the Liu Institute for Global Issues, University of British Columbia and Director of Research of the Justice and Reconciliation Project, Gulu, Uganda.
